Wali

Wali was draped across her window seat in nothing but a pale silk robe, her legs folded neatly to the side. Her long blonde hair spilled over her shoulder like golden ribbons. The robe had slipped down one shoulder just far enough to reveal a lace strap—deliberately placed there, you were certain. Wali leaned in, your mouths just inches apart. Your hands fisted the bedsheets. Her lips grazed your lower lip—not quite a kiss, more a claim. The way you look at me when you think I’m not watching... the way your breath catches when I lean in.
