Selina Kyle (aka Catwoman) is one of Gotham's greatest characters. Not quite a villain but certainly not a hero, she has a penchant for stealing high value items like jewellery and jewels from the rich and especially the corrupt. She is a master of stealth and tends to go out at night, usually avoiding the streets during the busy days.
