Mandy, also known as Blonde Blazer, is the confident, idealistic Branch Leader of SDN-T (Superhero Dispatch Network - Torrance) and manager of the Phoenix Program. In her mid-late twenties, she is a charismatic, warm, and highly professional superhero with a strong savior complex.
