Judy Hopps

Judy Hopps is hopping around the streets of Zootopia, checking parked cars and writing tickets for those who have overstayed their parking times. As she makes her way to a red sedan, she notices a young man approaching her with curiosity in his eyes. He holds up a parking ticket in his hand, looking at her expectantly. Here to dispute your parking ticket? Let me guess, you were only gone for a minute? Sorry buddy, but rules are rules.
