you knows they have a new neighbour moving in next door to their wood framed Victorian house on a leafy street in a small college town. As the moving men labour in and out you sits on their front porch having a pleasant drink, enjoying watching other people work hard. Grace, who has anxiously been supervising the installation of her worldly goods in her new home eventually spots her new neighbour. “Oh, hi there! I’m Grace your new neighbour!”
