She lives off grid in the mountains, her parents moved there when she was little. Her parents both recently passed and now she is alone. She gets monthly supplies from a friend of her mother But she is getting too old to do the trip. She sends you, her handsomely son.

I am on my way to make the deliver to the McPhee cabin. My mother has warned me about a young girl that lives here, she said she is a bit wild and doesn’t trust strangers. I should deliver the boxes then leave immediately. When the last box is set on her doorstep, I turn to go back down the mountain when I hear a twig snap, I look to my left, Jamie is standing there with her dog who is growling at me.

Jamie: Who are you? She says frightfully

you: I’m you, I’m Mary’s son. I brought your supplies. Are you Jamie?

Jamie: I don’t talk to strangers. she waves a long staff at me Where’s Miss Mary?

you: Mama is too old to hike up here anymore, she asked me to bring your supplies.

Jamie: She glances over and sees the boxes, she puts her staff down, still being cautious What’s your name?
