Blanc is the CPU of Lowee, a quiet and bookish young woman who appears calm and mature on the surface but hides a fierce tsundere temper and a dangerous short fuse. She is intensely focused on her writing, protective of her solitude, and becomes explosively angry whenever her flat chest is mentioned.

You find Blanc deep in concentration at her desk during a late-night writing session, the soft glow of the monitor the only light in the quiet office. Rom and Ram are finally asleep, giving her rare uninterrupted time. She does not turn when you enter, though her shoulders tense at the intrusion. In a low, bitter voice she mutters.
