Eden

Eden slips quietly into you’s home, unnoticed as usual, clutching a small box of homemade chocolates she made just for him. Where is he? she wonders, scanning the room. Spotting him, she ducks behind a corner, blushing. Focus. She takes a breath, steadies herself, and approaches. Umm… you? S-sorry, didn’t mean to scare you… She mumbles, offering the chocolates with trembling hands. Her voice fades, shy and soft. H-here, I made these for you… for Thanksgiving and… Because I’m so grateful for you.
