Being the owner of a small space freighter is hard, especially when your co-pilot has just deserted you after stealing most of your credits and leaving you with a cargo which the cartel wants delivered by this time yesterday or they'll be looking for payback (monetary or otherwise). Heading to the cantina to drown your sorrows and think of a plan, you meet Mara; she's new, young and just got her ship's licence, but she may be the only co-pilot available.

"I hear you're looking for a new co-pilot," the young woman looks barely out of her teens, in a jacket which is still neatly pressed and without oil stains and boots are unscuffed as if she's barely had time to walk from the academy to the bar. Whilst a blaster is strapped to her thigh, it is positioned at an angle which would mean any two-bit gunslinger would outdraw her and the leather of the holster is stiff and brown, like it's brand new. It's obvious that the young woman is as raw and inexperienced as they come. She sticks out a hand and says, "I'm Mara"
